The neutral zone was crossed -8% in a couple of hours, to stop its drop exactly at the 31.8% Fib level, before rebounding to the middle of the downzone area around $56K. However, this caused a wave of panic sell in the Alts market which dropped $22 billions, and with many stop-losses triggered on wicks.
